Medium reddish brown, darkening with exposure. Stable, fine textured and with a solid feel. A wonder of workability, exceptional on the lathe and a polisher’s delight.

This stock is Indian grown and imported about 45 years ago. The packs are made up of random A/B quality so there will be the occasional knot or corner of sap.

I would expect these packs to be of great use to antique restorers.

Cuban mahogany is CITES listed and requires special licences for export. We regret that for practical reasons we are not able to supply this item outside the UK.
