Delivery Charges Explained

Small items

Items that can be sent within Large Letter postal rates are charged at £3.00.

Normal weight items

Normal weight items are designated band A.

The postage rate is fixed at £8.95 plus VAT.
Orders over £125.00 exc. VAT are postage free.

Light weight items

Lighter weight items are designated band C.

The postage rate is fixed at £5.95 plus VAT.
Orders over £125.00 exc. VAT are postage free.

Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland 

Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland incur postage at £13.50 plus VAT and apply to any size of order.

Inside Europe 

Default postage for inside Europe is £29.00 with European deliveries usually arriving within 1 and 2 weeks.
Sometimes postage my be less for smaller items or more for larger items. The cost of the item is irrelevant.

Please note: The UK is no longer part of the European single market and normal export procedures now apply.

Orders for European customers will no longer have VAT applied at the checkout. When the parcel reaches customs in the country of import a request will be sent to the customer for import VAT and a small administration charge to be paid. Delivery will then follow in a few days.

Outside Europe

Default postage is £55.00 for countries outside Europe. International deliveries outside Europe usually arrive in approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

Delivery Timescales

UK small, normal and light​ weight items will usually arrive within 2-4 working days.

We aim to deliver orders to further afield destinations like Scottish Highlands with 4-6 days of ordering.

International deliveries are sent by economy delivery services and delivery times will vary considerably country by country.  In our experience European deliveries usually arrive within 1 and 2 weeks and deliveries to the rest of the world arrive in approximately 2 to 4 weeks.
